The thesis
What took three years for us should take three weeks for you.
Every Scoville Splice cultivar started as a software run: RNA-seq analysis, flux balance modeling, ESM2 variant scoring, CRISPR guide design, construct assembly. The Platform exposes that pipeline as a web product.
Give it a target organism, a target SHU, and a target burn profile. It returns a complete construct specification — DNA sequences, promoter choices, transformation protocol notes, regulatory flags — ready to hand to a wet lab.
